I've enjoyed many years participating with mycokerewards.com. 2 months ago I played one of their little online games & was told I won a Coke beach towel. It never arrived. When I investigated to see if I could get it sent, I phoned the online listed phone number for customer service. The number was to a phone sales boiler room with people who don't speak English well. I'm not bigoted, I said that simply to insuinate the call went overseas, which I'm certain it did. I believe it went to India, from the gentlemans accent. He attempted to sell me gift cards at Walmart, Target and an American Express cash card for $4.95 shipping and handling. He refused to allow me to speak with a customer service representative without first spending this $4.95. I refused and insisted he give me the customer service phone number, and he gave me an 800 number to a college. I felt sorry for the lady who answered because apparently they get these calls all day long. I immediatly used up my remaining accumulated points on the web site and will NEVER buy Coke products again. I made up a list, printed it out, and put it in my wallet for reference when I go shopping. They own a lot of products, but fortunately for me, I don't buy many of them. And you know what? I tried Pepsi an hour ago and it tastes just fine. Adios, Coke!
