Colonial Home Warranty 1000 North West Street Did not live up to agreed contract/has incompetent vendors atlanta , Internet

Colonial Home Warranty is a company that does not care for their clinents and they dont live up tho their agreement. They do not verify work experience or licenses. I had a diswasher go out (new). Called in a claim- Person came out looked at diswasher that stopped running water but electricity was working. Person came in - said it was circuit board and said it was not covered. Didnt repair company denied claim - had another company look at dishwasher - was told it was a valve, had dishwasher fixed and paid more to have it fixed. But at least it was by a company that had licensed folks. 

Weeks later my oven goes out. Called company again - they sent out the same person. Didn't know what the error codes were. Didn't check error code to see why and got into a screaming match with my husband. Called Colonial Home Claims was on hold for over 25 mins on 2 phones. Asking for a manager he was not helpful. Would not send someone out who was qualified unless I pay a fee upfront. I asked for Full Refund. But was going to charge me fees. I don't recommend signing up with Colonial - they are Truly a Rip Off Company! Waste of my money! You will get no help!
