Colonial Home Warranty Horrible Customer Service. Do not live up to their claims! Internet

This company is a complete rip off.  They make amazing claims on their website (they'll fix it or replace it).  When the rubber meets the road they claim that a clause in their contract (which they will not send you) allows them to pay you the cost of what they would have paid if the parts were available.  But they won;t prove their pricing, they won't give you the technicians that would do the work for what amounts to nothing.  They don't take into consideration any distance issues.  And their corporate office is unreachable by phone and physical address appears to be a law firm in Delaware.  If it sounds like a scam and you get serviced like a scam.....you know how that ends.  RUN RUN RUN. Colonial Home Warranty is horrible,
