I am definitely wanting to "dispute" a charge to my Credit Card account ...once again! I am NOT disputing that I ordered a " trial " bottle of ColonSmart for $3.95
As I did...no doubt about it. But....as was their Offer, you had 14 days to "Cancel " future orders.
The problem... and what I am disputing is the fact that there was No Way you could cancel. I tried right after having an allergic reaction to said product.
I started trying to contact them in 4 days. To no avail tho.....all I got was a menu, and a URL to cancel Online: http://colonsmart.com/cancel.php
I went to the Website many times, and it said it was Under Construction. Or it would be a page that, as you can see if you click on the above URL....there is no place to get the actual Company, nor a place to cancel.
I called many, many times and could not speak to a person. or leave a message. So how does a person Cancel????
I then went Online to see if anyone else was having a problem with this Company...and sure enough there were many pages of complaints just like mine!!!! So this so called Company is taking us all for a ride!

I am so upset by this Company that when I made my report I actually forgot to mention that they charged my credit card $88.98 like they have so many others.
I also noticed that in reading others reports that the fact of what they charged for the tiral bottle and the other bottles were for the most part a little different. That in itself shows something is wrong...I mean most Companys have "set" prices for their products!
