Compressionsale.com Liars do not honor any of the services they offer Internet

I called yesterday to check on my order and I was told that it was back ordered by a week and therefore I would not be able to receive my package for two weeks. This upset me being as I need my stockings immediately due to vein issues and an upcoming surgery, I asked the person if she can honor a faster shipping method due to the problem and she said no that it would be shipped out to me via the method that I chose. With the thought in mind that I wouldn't be receiving my package for another two weeks, which is after my surgery I went ahead and found another company and purchased stockings from them for $10 cheaper and had them shipped expedited. I then called The company back , and asked to have my order canceled, at this time I was told my order cannot be canceled because it had already shipped and I asked how can that be possible, I was just told that it was on backorder. I asked her to at least honor a Price adjustment being that the company advertised a lowest price guarantee and I had found them cheaper elsewhere. She replied with I cannot do that. I asked her why can she not do that when it's clearly advertised "Low price guarantee" and "we'll beat any price." She claims that this cannot be honored with Juzo product. However the disclaimer is posted right above the juzo logo on their site. When I look back at the tracking information. I can see based on the timestamp that my order was not filled and shipped until after I spoke with all the customer service agents. Therefore I was misinformed that my order had already been shipped and I believe that they could have easily canceled my order and they should have because I requested it. Today I called once more to ask about returns, because I have ordered from elsewhere that will get here sooner and began to ask if I would be responsible for any fees. The Girl, very rudely , immediately said she remembered me from yesterday and told me that they do not accept returns but only exchanges and that this has been the policy for a long time. I told her that is not what it says on the website and she was very short with me. My experience has been horrible and I did not receive any of these advertised offers of "fast and free shipping" lowest price guarantee" or we'll best any price. Now she is threatening to make my return complicated.
