Company agreed to send out e-mail advertising blast of 1833 e-mails on a date certain.

Date was missed.  Could not properly efectuate an e-mail link in the body of the e-mail blast, thereby making it a "dead"link.

Feedback and reports were untimely even after promised by close of business.

Could not Properly Effectuate Trademark symbol in subject of e-mail.

Final report....After 1833 e-mails sent out.... 20 were opened and ONE was clicked.

Company could not confirm that the e-mails were even sent out except to say, "You have to trust us that we sent them out".

Customer service rep on call back was rude, demeaning and used profanity.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. When I asked for my money back, they said absolutely not.
