Consumer Credit Services I was ripped off $195 too! Do not work with this company Ripoff Nationwide

Consumer Credit Services of America withdrew $195 from my account to prepare my Chapter 7 filing paperwork. At first they were attentive and sent me the forms via email, however when it came time to file all of the completed forms, my calls were not returned, my emails not responded to. I received notification from the federal bankruptcy court that my case was to be dismissed if the appropriate schedules were not filed. In the end I had to prepare all of the paperwork myself and was out $195. Hiring an attorney is worth every penny - they have the knowledge of these forms and there are a ton of forms - they are not a piece of cake to figure out. In conclusion DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY - I CONSIDER IT FRAUD FOR THEM TO TAKE THE MONEY AND NOT COMPLETE THE REQUIRED WORK. I have requested my money back - with again no response.
