Please Please do your research. This company also has offices in California, New York, and Florida. The owner's name is Todd Davis. His partner is Maurice Rosaler. Everytime I called I get a different person such as Mike Meeker, Denise Delgadillo, Linda, Judy and Natalie Saenz.
All of these people have negative reports all over the internet. i have dealt with each of them over the course of the past few months. They say whatever you want to hear to get a signed contract. . They will not refund any money I found Maurice was also a scammer. He worked for a company called Free Away Tax Relief and another called American Tax and also just as Maurice Rosaler.
It seems a patter Maurice and his partner Todd Davis have a pattern of cheating people until they make enough money, then start a new company doing the same thing all over again. After more research, I learned Mr. Davis is involved in a number of suspicious businesses, all cheating people of their money. I received a letter from the IRS Saying that I owed despite all my attempts with CTR. CTR claimed they were in contact wit the IRS and that they are willing to negoatiate a payment plan!!1 What, I could have done that my self. they lied to me and now they do not want to give me a refund!!!

This report was not filed to the best of our knowledge by a current or past client of Consumer Tax Relief. It is both fraudulent and frivolous. We checked our data bases extensively and no current or former client of ours meets the criteria listed in the complaint. Based on the detailed information concerning our employees including last names and job duties this fraudulent report had to have been filed by a disgruntled former employee or by our competition to ruin our reputation; we are investigating and action against the person or persons who filed this fabrication will be taken as appropriate.
Please see our BBB report where we are listed as an accredited business with an A+ rating.
The truth is Mr. Davis is the CEO of the company and is not involved in any other tax relief companies. Mr. Rosaler was an employee of the IRS for 18 years and is now a licensed Enrolled Agent. Mr. Ross is a Vice-president of the company and is located in our Florida office. The other employees slandered in this sham report are part of our administrative staff for our customer service, tax preparation and tax resolution departments.
The only thing we agree with in this vicious false attack on our company and its employees is the statement at the end where it is advised to do your homework; if you do you will see the facts are that we are an A+ BBB rated company with a staff of licensed and accredited professionals who provide excellent services to our clients on a consistent basis.
