Cool Handle Started service on 9/27/18 ended on 9/30/18 only received partial refund of 97 dollars still owed 167 called serval times refund is pending an was not able to speck to anyone. California Los Angeles

Paid $97 dollars for domin name also a $167 for other service. I got my service on 9/27/18 cancel on 9/30/18 received $97 dollar refund but not the $167 went on website an called it states pending anit is still pending an today is 11/20/18.

I am still waiting such a ripoff you are unable to speck to a supervisor or manager regarding this issue. Didn’t get refund cancel before 30 days.
