Copart Lied about the status of a vehicle I purchased Wichita Kansas

             I purchased a vehicle from a copart auto auction , that was listed as run and drive but when it arrived the vhicle would not start or go into gear. I was charged an extra fee by the shipping company because I told them that the vehcicle was operable. I emailed and phone copart representatives whom did not respond. I called today and finally spoke to the facility manager in Wichita KS and he explained to me that I was out of luck it was an as is purchase and they verified run and drive status 3 months prior to my purchase and that was it. I feel like I was milead and ripped off because I had to spend $2,000 dollars on repairs and then an additional fee on shippng. Copart has other listings on their website that says run and drive but as secondary it would list mechanical issues, on this particular unit they did not do so, I feel like it was intentional that they took my money and now Im stuck with this lemon of a car. They should be investigated by the feds and put out of business.
