I have experienced the worst service ever wiht countrywide home loans, they are non responsive to your payments, they over charge the amount that is legal in pmi. Everyone should look at your PMI and pass it on. The Escrow that is being taken out is over the amount that is required and they loss your payments and place you forclosure to recd more money on att. fee's this company know's how to gain more money by taking what is yours.
