CreditKarma.com Failed to act on report of scam being used with my email address Internet

I recently went online to view my credit score for first time using CraditKarma.com but when i tried to log on as first time user i found out my email was already being used to open an account. prior to this i had been hacked by overseas persons and had my computer system invaded and most of my information was at risk. i immediately reported this to creditkarma.com that i had never in past used thier services and that i only recently tryed only to find out my email was already being used to set up a account with them. i also told them that my system had recently been hacked (which was later repaired) and that the user using my email was not me and that i wanted this account to be closed due to the fact it was imposter and they were reciveing this information on my credit score for illegal uses. i have yet to find that the account has not to the best of my knowedge yet been deactivated. and only got the run around and run around more when i tried to close this account. i got a message from credit karma today asking me to rate thier dealings with me in which i gave them a very negative report and told them that if this is how they protect thier clients information that it is a very bad form of protection. i was in two occasions transfered to the banking system (i forget the name now ) but the one that works in conjunction with credit Karma and explained htis to them in which i have yet to hear from them on my complaint. this has been nearly three weeks now and i still not sure if this account in my name has been cancelled or even taken serriously by the people at creditKarma or their main branch.

I felt it importatn to the public that this situation whether it be unique or a consistant issue i dont know but they should be informed that at least in my experience credit Karma does not take the securty of their cleints very serriously nor do they try to work with indiduals to resolve issues they incounter. since this hacker was from China who had gotten into my computer system and almost shut down my system without my knowledge. it is possible that the individual who created this account with credit Karma is also from China and who knows what they have intentions of doing with my credit score. I am not happy knowing that even when i made this complaint to the authoritys of Credit Karma and thier main office bank branch that my complaint was delt with in a negative and run around manner. i would of thought that a company who delt with indidual credit scores and creidt information would of at least been more concerned with trying to stop criminals from using thier site to do whatever they had intentions of in illegal manner. and was shocked to learned that all the individuals who i filed a complaint with in hte credit Karma family all treated this issue with nothing less then a shrig of the shoulder and non responseive manner.

not once have they approached me in a professional manner to clarify the issue or to let me know that my credit score is protected and that they had closed this account. and to the best of my knowledge this hacker could very well still be using it. for what ever purpose they have in mind.
