.. The must unprofessional and rude people you will ever encounter in your life .. it's almost impossible to have a civilized conversation with any of them.. besides the fact that doing business with them is really shady.. nothing makes sense and they lie, and go around it over and over.

do yourself a favor stay away from then, unfortunately I had no choice my car loan was purchased by them.
