Crescent Bank And Trust Feel like being treated like s*** get a loan with crescent bank Baton Rouge Louisiana

My wife was diagnosed with cancer, after needing to take time off from my job to get her to doctors and her not being able to work as much I contacted Crescent Bank I spoke to a very nice young lady who told me I could make interest only payments, and to concentrate on my wifes care. a couple days after her surgery I received a letter stating I was in default and needed to pay over 2,000.00 dollars. this was odd because I made my interest only payment and missed my one payment in November. After speaking to a unnamed supervisor (who refused to give me her name) I was told they were not my baby sitters, I calmly explained the conversation I had with the representative and was told that never happened that there were no notes and she would not have told me that. I explained that I just did what I was told, I was told to check my attitude and pay up she refused to even discuss any type of arrangement I explain I was waiting for a disability check to make the payment she said she didn't care she wanted all 2,000.00 today what was my checking account information. I told her I had no money to pay today and she hung up. I hope that no one else ever has to put in such a position as this again this companies license should be pulled, and yes their is no 30 days late with this company as explained to me many times your payment is due on the ninth on the tenth they can repossess your car.
