I'm new to this company and I am already having problems, they just bought my car loan from Ga. Dealer Funding. so this months payment was the first I had to send them. they called last week saying the payment had not been received, this was on late Thursday I believe. so I went on line to my checking account and saw that the check had already cleared so I thought that it was just a mistake and let it go. today Monday I get a call from DOMINIQUE saying that they had not received a payment as of yet. when I told her no I know for a fact that payment has already been cleared thru my bank she became so rude(raising her voice) telling me that didn't mean anything, told her I would be happy to send a copy of the cleared check. she said NO that won't prove anything either we have to have proof that it was actually our company that sent that check thru said again that the check shows who it was made out to. and that it should have their company endorsment on back she then told me that she was a grown woman and I was not going to talk to her like she was a child at that point got tired of going around in circles and ask to speak to her supervisor she said that she was the supervisor, said fine let me talk to your boss, she said no what your going to do is send us a copy of your checking acct. statement told her that she was very unprofessional and had never heard of any finance company asking for checking account statement isn't that unlawful she said you will send it now to this fax # gave me a long distance #, then says before she hangs up on me that she is w/Green Light. I don't even know who that is so I called Crescent Bank and Trust tollfree #, spoke to Ashante Morgan and she said oh thats our collection company, ask her why my acct. was sent there when they did receive payment? she insisted that they didn't have it she did however act nicer than the other lady and gave me a tollfree fax # to send copy of cleared check which I sent. I hope this clears everything up, but after reading some of the reports on here I doubt it. I am also lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and urge all the others on here to do the same. after so many complaints the company has to be investigated andf hopefully loses their license.

Sounds like you're doing that billpay crap through your bank. That isn't the answer. You need to pay over the phone or wire the payment via whatever wire services that creditor offers.
