The scammer in this case, slows down your computer by using a hacking tool, and then they tell you that you have 22 dangerous malawares and that your computer is getting ready to crash unless you hire them (I presented their name), then they advise you to use a credit card to pay them, and then  when you catch on you hurry to call your credit card company, so the company deletes that number and then they ask you would you like another numbered card, so I said yes, but had no plans to activate the card for 90 days or 6 months to give the credit card company time to "catch on" to the scammers, but to my horror the scammers had re-billed their scam service to the new credit card number that I never activated. The charge 250.00

The scammer was to offer their services for 1 year, but after two days I could not stand what their product was doing to my computer, pages were not clear, service was slowed, sped up, the computer just acted like a "crazy box".

So I explained to the credit card company that they should ban this company from their services. These guys work in a room and know that this credit card company is an easy target, so easy they offer a 1-800 number to screw with and mis communicate on purpose to get money. They do not speak clear english and so can confuse the  most intelligent operator from the credit card company. They had the operator so confused the operator "activated" a card that was NOT being activated on purpose by me for the sole reason of "scam in progress". Talk about being "irate", how can you win in fighting crime when the credit card company won't help you stop them?
