CYBERDEFENDER IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!! HAVE NO CONCERN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, Internet

Cyberdefender is a big rip off!!   They have no professional standards and do not hire individuals that have degrees!!!   I was given an appointment to have my pc fixed on Thursday, June 7, 2012 for a tech to call me back on Saturday, June 10 between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm.   The tech called at 7:35 pm and then dropped the call (not the first time)!!   Trying to call back,  they gave the excuse that, "they only try to call back once and the phone was busy!".  I found that very interesting as I have 8 lines for the phone so calls can come in!!!

The other excuses that CyberDefender makes is that they do not pay "overtime", so if the problem is not fixed,  too bad!!! When contacting a CyberDefender tech supervisor, I was informed that that is the way they do business!!! The issue was never fixed and calls from techs came in from 1:05am on Sunday, June 11, 2012 and again at 9:00am!!! This company should pay all their clients back and just go out of business!!!
