As seen on TV, MyCleanPC.com, otherwise known as "Cyberdefender" made my computer unstable and erased my microsoft office 2010 as well as my outlook 2010. I have spent the last week trying to get them to fix their problem and after hours on the phone and having my computer tied up for days they still have not fixed my problem.
$300 into my software and repair help and now I can't even get them to answer the phone. I have been left on hold for hours, my computer has been locked up by them for days and even after asking for a refund they will not respond.
So if you are looking to be ripped off, disrespected and taken advantage of, I recommend you log into MyCleanpc.com. If you are looking for help in the area of computer support do not log into MyCleanpc.com or sign up for "Cyberdefender". If you are treated like I have been treated you will not be happy and God knows you will not hear back from them.
Remember stay away from MyCleanpc.com and Cyberdefender. They are a rip off and you will not be happy.

I just wanted to give you an update on my latest responce from MyCleanpc.com. Hopefully this report will help put an end to the scam. I see you just call about 30 minutes ago, Sorry I missed your call, god knows I don’t want to keep you waiting. Well I am returning your call as requested to the number you left on my voice mail. I am again currently on hold, imagine that! I have been waiting now for about 8 minutes. So how long will it be this time? I have the timer set on my cell so we will have to see. Just though you would like to know that your elevator music is breaking up real bad. Well now I am into 10 plus minutes. Oh perfect, now you just hung up on me. This just keeps getting better. Give me a second while I redial. On hold again surprise surprise! I will wait to send this e-mail until I hear from someone, if that will ever happen. Great 10 minutes later I get to talk to a real person. So now you want to take control of my computer again. Well that is not going to happen. I have requested my money back for the third time and now once again on hold waiting for the billing department. Not sure if that department even exist due to the fact that last time I was put on hold for over an hour and nobody ever did pick up my call. It has now been 10 minutes! It has now been 20 minutes! It has now been 30 minutes! Well friends and family it looks like once again it is not going to happen. Please take a look below and you will see the other company’s they are affiliated with, DoubleMySpeed, MaxMySpeed, MyCleanPC and CyberDefender.
Please continue to forward these e-mails to all your friends and family in hopes they don’t fall victim to the same scam I did. In fact I know most of you have facebook accounts. That would be a great way to blow the cover off these scam artist. If you would like to see the formal report I filed go to ripoffreport.com and type MyCleanpc.com into their search engine. Feel free to add to my report to your facebook if you like. Well 40 minutes is enough. Once again no billing department response. Thank god my problem was elevated to top priority and “Rest assured that this will be given utmost attention for an immediate resolution. You can expect a call from an Account Manager”. What a joke!
