at the end of the summer of 2003 i went to dan nelson to purchase a vehicle because the transmission on my other vehicle went out so a friend of mine said go to dan nelson they will hook you up with a nice car, so i did.

BIG MISTAKE!!!! they got me into a 1997 lumina with decent miles on it, the car drove fine for about a month and a half and thats when all hell broke loose. the first thing that went wrong is the throttle cable busted and they wouldn't fix that then the heater went out so i had no heat for winter then the water pump went out on it but they refused to fix that when i was told by the salesman that it would be taken care of at o charge to you.

I take it there to get fixed and the service manager said its not covered. to make a long story short once i new they weren't going to do anything for me they had their car sitting on their lot . so beware if you dont want to be screwed say away from dan. thank you for your time and better luck to all who have ben screwed by dan.
