NOVEMBER 2003 MY WIFE AND I RECIEVED A LETTER OF GUARANTEE AND APPROVAL TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM DAN NELSON IN SIOUX CITY, IA. WE WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND FILL OUT ALL THE PAPERWORK AND THEN THE SALESPERSON LOOKED IT OVER AND TOOK IT TO THE FINANCE OFFICE AND RAN THE CREDIT.

SHE CAME OUT SAID WE CAN APPROVED YOU, BUT WE ONLY HAVE ONE VEHICLE FOR YOUR CREDIT STATUS. SO WE TOOK THE CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE AND IT WAS AN OK CAR, BUT NOT ROAD WORTHY. IT HAD HIGH MILES (150,000+) AND NEEDED WORK DONE. WE WENT BACK AND SAID IS THERE ANY OTHER VEHICLES AVAILABLE AND SHE SAID LETS GO AND SEE. SHE CAME BACK WITH A 1999 KIA SEPHIA. IT HAD ONLY 53,000 MILES, GOOD BODY, RAN GOOD AND WAS SOUND AT THAT TIME. WE WERE TOLD THE SAME THING PAY ON TIME AND COME BACK IN A YEAR AND GET A NEW CAR.

AFTER LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP WE HAD PROBLEMS WITHIN A WEEK. THE CAR WOULD SUDDENLY DIE. ALL THE WORK HAD TO BE DONE IN SIOUX CITY OR NOTHING WOULD BE PAID FOR ON WARRANTY. WE WERE OK WITH THAT, BUT WHEN BIGGER PROBLEMS STARTING HAPPENING THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR FORM US. EARLY 2004 THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT. WE TOOK IT TO S.C. AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. WELL, LOW AND BEHOLD THEY FOUND A USED TRANNY FROM A JUNK YARD IN SOUTH DAKOTA AND PUT IT IN.

WE THOUGHT IF IT WORKS GREAT. WHEN WE LEFT S.C. WE DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT 5 MILES AND IT THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. WE CALLED BACK AND TOLD WHO WAS CALLING AND IMMEDIATELY THEY (DAN NELSONS) HUNG UP THE PHONE AND WOULD NOT SPEAK TO US. WE THEN SAID SCREW YOU PEOPLE AND TOOK OUR CAR TO KIA OF OMAHA. THEY REPLACE THE TRANNY WITH A NEW ONE FROM KIA AND WARRANTY AND DID RECALLS THAT WERE OPEN AND WHAT ELSE IT NEEDED TO RUN DECENT. HERE IT IS JANUARY 2005 AND NOW THE CHECK ENGINE, BRAKE, AND OVERDRIVE LIGHTS ARE ON AGAIN.

THIS JUNK CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 20 TIMES SINCE NOV 03. WE HOPE THAT DAN NELSON/CNAC/JD BYRIDER/FSB FINANCIAL LOSE THEIR ASSES ON THE LAWSUIT. WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT THE LOANS THAT WERE THRU CNAC WERE JUST TRANSFERRED TO FSB AND STILL OWNED BY CNAC/DAN NELSON. NOT TRUE. I GET THOSE HARRASSING CALLS TO IF I AM 2 DAYS LATE. FSB TOLD ME TODAY 1-22 THAT THEY HAD BOUGHT ALL THE LOANS FROM CNAC. IS THAT A JUST A DEAL TO HIDE THE ROTTEN DEALS OR DID THEY WANT OUT OF THE FINANCING PART? i WOULD LIKE TO SEE DAN NELSON PAY EVERYBODY WHAT THEY HAVE PAID FOR THEIR VEHICLES PLUS OTHER DAMAGES FOR HARRASSMENT, BEING WITHOUT A VEHICLE, MILEAGE FOR TAKING TO THEIR REPAIR SHOP OR TO A SPECIAL SHOP. OUR CAR IS ONLY WORTH 2900 MAX, THE LOAN IS $8900. A LITTLE HIGH HUH. PLEASE REBUTT IF ANYBODY CAN SAY THE SAME ABOUT DAN NELSON SIOUX CITY IA.
