DebtXS ripoff DebtXS lies to extort a gigantic fee from consumers who call them for help don't join this company!! Addison Texas

We had gotten ourselves into some financial difficulty with credit cards and needed some assistance. Looking on the internet and filling out different options we were contacted by Alton Mickle an employee of DebtXS.

His program sounded legitimate and we were desperate to get out of debt quick so we did what he told us to do to join the program. We quit paying our bills for 3 months (credit cards) and then joined. Prior to doing this I asked if there was a chance we would be sued-hardly none was his response because DebtXS is highly regarded and once creditors know you are with them they are more than willing to hold off and work with DebtXS. We paid DebtXS a fee of $13,875.20 and as soon as last payment was made we got sued and lost the case and our now even in a worse financial quandry than before. They did nothing to help, supposedly they had lawyers on hand to help in the case of a lawsuit, it's a legal advice line with legal aides and they do not go to court for you and you are charged everytime you go there--$60.00.

I pay to fax them my paperwork from creditors and this lawsuit so I spent another $250.00 within the year we have been with them.

We have been taken for a ride, lied to as far as I am
concerned they extort money from those in financial binds. I asked them for a fee refund due to the fact we were sued and lost and the stress from the suit and embarrassment that went along with it , none of that supposedly would happen with them and since it did they should refund my money.

We have to wait 30 days and we all know they will not refund all of it if any of it. I hope an attorney is looking at this and can help. Also since they are getting such enormous fees do they not have to have a license to solicit business in other states and do they not have to pay the state tax where the money came from? All these issues could help all of us get our money back.

I feel totally stupid and this has caused such a hardship on my marriage. I hope there can be something done.
