DecorMyEyes.com RIPPED OFF! Brooklyn, New York Internet

I will NEVER use or SUGGEST to anyone to use DecorMyEyes.com. I wish I had known about this site a month ago. However, I just found it. At least I can get my story out and hopefully make sure this doesn't happen again.

A month ago I order a pair of Chanel sunglasses from this website. I never received them. I had sent a number of emails to the company and never received an answer back and I looked at my bank statement and was charged for a item I never received. So I put in a dispute with my credit card company. I went on to do some searching on the DecorMyEyes.com website and found the 1-800 number for the United States and called it. I spoke to a male representative and informed him that I had never received my item and had emailed the company with no response. The male representative in turn started yelling at me saying how dare I make a dispute and that it was gonna cost him $50.00 for the dispute with the credit card company. He then started calling me the "c--t" word and threatening my life, saying, "I'm gonna f--k--g rip your head off" and numerous other things such as he was gonna come to my house. I hung up on him after that.

The phone rang not thirty seconds later and my daughter answered the phone. The male representative asked for me, and my daughter asked who was calling, and he replied, "The guy who is gonna rip her f--k--g head off!" And he went on about fifty dollars again, she then hung up on him as well. The phone rang again, we did not answer it this time seeing it was his number on the caller ID. He did not leave a message but then he called my cell phone and left a very foul mouthed message and said things like "you don't who you're messing with and you're not gonna f--k--g get away with this!" and "f--k--g call me now!" I did not call him back and called my credit card company and had both my credit card numbers cancelled so he could not try to charge them again as well as I lodged a formal complaint with the credit card company about this consumer and how they had treated me.

I will never order from this company and hope that if you read this you also will not give this consumer your business.
