Purchased Versace frames that were advertised as "100% brand new and Authentic, direct from manufacturer." Frames were defective. Company said they would "replace frames" with "brand new" ones. They did not. They tried to repair and did an unacceptable job. Frames have Swarovski crystals and they did not replace with same crystal or same size as one missing. Additionally, frames were bent on side crystal was missing. Looked like they had been dropped. In worse shape when they returned them after "fixing" them. After many email communications, they have not refunded purchase price or contacted me. Have not returned phone calls. Delayed process long enough so that Icould not dispute charges with credit union.
