I ordered a pair of Bulgari glasses and they are fakes. I got an email from him later saying he had another customer wanting a pair and would buy mine for $100 (I paid $259). I emailed him they were fakes and he told me "stop my nonsense". That was back in September. I just got the same email with him saying someone wanted to buy them and he offered me the $100 again. I have emailed him the picture of the fakes he sent me along with pictures of the originals. He told me why should he pay full price for them and offered me the $100 again. Apparently his scam is to sell them and later try to buy them back at a reduced rate. This way he actually gets to "sell" the fakes several times as originals.

I'm filing a complaint with the FBI in New York. Whether or not he likes it what he does is fraud and it's illegal.
