Deer Creek Products rip-off Pompano Beach Florida

I ordered from Deer Creek Products April, 2002. I ordered several items. I ended up getting only 1 item. I called many many times to complain. The first 6 months they said my order was on it's way. Then I called again and they said they would refund my money. Never seen it. I even wrote a letter to Michael Stephens owner or manager or president of the company.

Never got an answer from him. I made at least 10 phone calls, and sometimes was put on hold for over 35 minutes. When you place an order they have a toll free phone number, but when you call to complain you have to pay for the call.

It's been almost a year now and I still have not resolved this. I wonder how many people they do this to. I don't know how they can sleep at night. I tell everyone I know what a rip- off company they are.
