placed order on the 3rd of december, money was taken out of my account right away but still no word on any shipping, it just says at warehouse.... the same as its said since the morning after placing the order.. i should have read the reviews before ever buying anything from this scam company. tried calling and left several emails for them regarding my order, the only response i ever got back was you can only use one coupon at a time as i had a question regarding there free shipping advertisment in addition to my questions about the status of my order.

this place is a total scam with their false advertisments and their we ship 1-2 days after the order was placed, heck its even written into their help menu.. you would think an ever growing company like this one would start caring what their customers think.. never again, will let everyone i can think of know not to order from here either, these are gifts, wondering if i will ever recieve them or a response fromm this company, i mean i see they are now listed as being sold out of the scents i ordered, wonder if i'll ever get my stuff. watch out for wolves in sheep's clothing. if you enjoy being stolen from by all means buy a diamond candle.

I am submitting this update since I also complained about the lack of customer service support here as well as on FB but apparently my voice was heard and Diamond Candles did deliver a wonderful product in a timely manner as promised.  They did not however, communicate these intentions via email despite numerous attempts to contact them after 1 week.  Their customer service limitations or repsonse time might put some off as it did worry me but for now I am a dedicated official fan.

I am Savannah and I work in the Customer Support department at Diamond Candles.  Due to an unprecedented amount of orders as well as a shipping delay we were severely behind in answering emails, despite the extra help we brought on.

By now you should have received a reply and hopefully it was to your satisfaction.  If you can reply here and either let us know that it has been handled or leave some sort of information that will allow me to locate your ticket I will make sure you get handled asap! Information that can help me find you is a first AND last name, an order number, an email address or a ticket number.

I placed order on Dec 4th, they charged my credit card.  Normally you receive an email giving status of an order but not here.  So after 3 emails and a phone call message still not heard from anyone regarding my order.  I will be disputing charge reversing Dec 10.  6 days.  This scam will also be reported to state attorney general's office.  My advice step up customer service or get out while you can!
