DISH DISH took 400.00 from me Corinth MS

 Okay I got dish with my ex boyfriend when he moved in with me, 2016 well we broke up in November and he moved out took the cable with him so I called dish and told them and told them to take my bank account number off of it and today March 2017 I looked at email said "thank u for ur payment of 400.00 dollars" I went what the f**k and check my bank and dish took my money left me with 67 dollars in there. I'm a single mom of two babies 4 and 3 ur old n I just got paid and want get paid aging for two weeks now... anyways I called them first time they said they was Charging me From the equipment and I finally got that back from him and called them back and said I got the Equipment and they said even tho I got that they said it would be cheaper if I keep it pay 150 and turn it back on I said I don't want this tho it's not mine and then if i return it they are still going take out $400 for early termination fee . Got mad hang up called back 3 time and said there is no that you're allowed to take that money from our account because I had my account now took it off well they said that they could bc I I sign a paper when we got the equipment and that was my ex-boyfriend's agreement I'll pay first part of the dish and he he would pay for it after that. I said that I'm a single mom of two kids and I have no food stamps and I need my money I got to pay my rent and my water tomorrow and they said that there sorry but there's nothing they can do can somebody please help me
