Dunn and Bradstreet D&B Credit Monitoring company issues D& B #'s to newly opened businesses dunnandbradstreet.com, Internet

My husband is opening a restaurant in Springfield, IL. called A Little Touch Of Soul, Inc. we were trying to get his business registered & the lady from Small Business Administration said you should always get a D& B # as one of the requirements before opening your business so I sent an email to Dunn & Bradstreet to get the D& B # they did not give me the # so I called the company to find out why I did not receive the D&B # to give to IRS & to put on my business plan & to apply for company credit accts. I have already established an acct & have a marketing counselor from GFS Marketplace who set up the food & supplies for A Little Touch Of Soul, INC. even he was saying where is the D&B # so I called & The lady informed me that it would take 15 days to get a call for the D& B # & that I would receive an email within 30 days if I paid $299 they would expedite my # mind you I already have my FEIN registered w/ The Internal Revenue service w/ my annual income approximately @ 175000 yearly which they approved D& B has not yet gave us the D&B # I called yet again today now there saying it can up to 90 days if I get it but if I pay $299 I can get it today. I need to set up a business acct w/ them they are out of there mind if they think that I am dumb enough to pay $299 for a business report And then they will expedite my # so I am turning you guys on them, Attorney General & whom ever else can help me go after them & stop ripping people off it is an unusual scam.
