Dunn and Bradstreet DnB, D&B Lower ratings with no information, they can't explain why New York, New York

Since 2009, Dun and Bradstreet has changed their evaluation methodology. Our business has been doing better than ever, however D&B has reduced our rating with no explanation. Any attempt to get any information regarding resolution is met with total disregard.

In addition, the only way to solve the problem is to purchase one of their packages. This is nothing short of complete extorsion, particularly at a time where small business hiring is so crucial.

As a seasoned entrepreneur, I have never seen this behaviour. It makes the standard rating agencies (for which I have newfound respect) look docile and competent.

I will gladly join any class action effort against Dun and Bradstreet, as well as contribute money out-of-pocket for legal costs.
