They promise things they can't or won't deliver and when they get your money they hide behind their no refund policy and refuse to answer e-mails. I first paid $10 for a report that was totally useless because the information I needed was quite old and I told them this from the start.

Like an idiot I let them talk me into doing a 50 year "county wide search" costing $237. They were supposed to send a trained PI to manually search microfiche records. I waited a month and sent them an e-mail. after a week or so they sent me a so-called report that consisted of a single line saying no records found. When I asked them for more details they totally ignored me.

I have no proof whatsoever they did what they said they would do. No names, dates places or anything that would give me some assurance they did the work. And when I researched it myself I found the records I was looking for are not available for search in the first place. So they charged me for work they could not have done. As far as am concerned they are scam artists.

Let the record show this company has made no attempt whatsoever to resolve this issue either by refunding my money or providing me with evidence they did the work. I also noticed I forgot to mention the person I had the search done on actually did have a criminal record.

If you take customer satisfaction seriously you would have answered my e-mails. I have no evidence whatsoever you did the work in the first place. If you really did what you said you would have been able to give me the name of the investigator you hired and provided me a log of what they did, what records were searched and when. I paid for a private investigator to physically search microfiche records and I have no proof whatsoever you did this. When my e-mails are not answered I can only assume you can't provide this.

You have my money and there isn't much I can do about it. But mark my words I will write a negative review about your company on every review site I can find so that others won't be victimized the way I was.

Please note that we have to assume that the buyer has a general knowledge about the product they are purchasing and expectations should not exceed, and should be in accordance with, the price paid. Buyer satisfaction is largely dependent upon making informed buying decisions at the time of purchase. That being said, please consider that we sell at a very low mark up so that you the consumer, can get the best deals the net has to offer. We will try to locate the requested information you are seeking. However, we are limited by the amount and accuracy of the information that you provide to us. Moreover, we are accessing records controlled by third parties and reporting the results to you. Since it costs us money every time we perform a search, you are paying for our service not the results. Furthermore, the least expensive option is not always the best or most all inclusive report or there would only be one price and one service on our website. Therefore, there are no refunds for no records found responses. There are no refunds for the services provided once research has been completed.
