I was charged from my credit card that I was more than willing to pay for. It was my own criminal history. I gave birthday social security number and address. No find no charge is advertised on most sites. But I do have a criminal history, it was on myself and another indivisual who asked me to do the same for them. He was recently released from prison. Now I have compleatly turned my life around and I have a cousin who is sentenced 250 years in Prison 10 has gone by and I'd like to see him. I can't remeber every time I was arrested. So I filled out the application every time I apply. I was hoping on this site would help answer my prayers. But they charged me and sent : No criminal record found. On both and I know for a fact we do. I'd like my money back so I can at least try again some where else. The receipt no. is; 1175-1049-2247-4250

I'm not sure how to respond to this complaint as the receipt number listed is invalid. Furthermore, our site certainly did not say that if the subject didn't have a criminal record that the customer would be refunded. Our competitors do not offer this guarantee either. Additionally, we offer several search types in regard to criminal records. We offer database searches and onsite manual criminal searches. We expressly state that database criminal searches are not infallible, and even offer customers the option of upgrading their search with the cost of the database search. I don't really know what more we can do.
