I have successfully done business with this company and have been pleased until now. This posting is a last resort as they have failed to deliver the ordered report or respond to the many inquires sent so far by email, fax and telephone.

A call report was ordered and paid for on 5 May 2005 via PayPal using an eCheck.

I was contacted by their office by email on 11 May 2005 for clarification of what was ordered. Clarification was provided and again a few days later after no confirmation of my response could be received.

They do claim potential problems from web-based email services used by customers which might filter their correspondance as spam. This has been confirmed not to be the case.

After waiting their requisite 30 days for this report and receiving nothing, I began to make numerious inquires by email regarding this order. They have not delivered the ordered call report nor have they responded to any email, fax or voice mail inquiries given to them.

Email inquiries have been sent to them on June 6th, June 10th, June 14th, June 16th, June 20th and June 23rd. Finally, a fax was sent on July 5th. No responses have been received to any of this except for the auto-reply email their email systems sends upon receipt of an email. This email states a response may be expected within 48 hours. This email also advises to fax inquires should email attempts fail and expect a response within 48 hours. This has not happened either.

This company does not provide a contact telephone number but one may be found using any search engine. All contact numbers found reach only a voice mail box which have also gone unanswered by this company.

While one may appreciate a possible work overload/understaff situation at their company, this does not justify a lack of response to queries or such an extended delay of delivery of an order.

It is hoped they will respond immediately to this issue.
