Element Electronics Wont send Warranty Shipping Label Nationwide

I purchased a 50" Element Electronics TV from walmart and on the 91st day, the TV just all of a sudden stopped turning on. I tried calling customer support, I got sent around in circles, I got foreign people who said there names were John Anderson, and Martha Smith - ha, yeah right... Long story short, the TV 'seemed' like it qualified for warranty exchange... The first perosn said they would send a shipping label - it never showed up. So I called again, all of a sudden they dont pay shipping for warranty items... I only paid $300 for the d**n TV, shipping was $340..... I shipped it relentlessly - nothing ever came back, called and called, tried to get information, finally AFTER 6 MONTHS, I was told there was nothing wrong with my TV, and that they wont send it back because I made a fraudulent warranty claim...   I'm so outraged, I cant believe they did it, I wish I could punch every person I called and spoke with.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! RUN FAR, RUN FAST!!!
