My account was under debt management. I call and was given a pay off amount. I then sent them the pay off before the due date and now they want another 52.00 in finance charges. When I tried to speak to a supervisor I was told that the 52.00 was for finances charges which accured during the time the account was under debt management. I was told that they did me a service by not reporting that the account was under debt management and If I do not pay the 52.00 they will report to the credit beuru that the account was under debt management.

This is the wort company to deal with. You either get the computer or you get to speak to s supervisor who is rude and can barley speak english let alone understand it. They should be put out of business.
