Emerge Master Card ripoff, bad business practices. Out of the blue my account was closed and sold to emerge master card. Atlanta Georgia

I had a providian card for about 2 years with no problems and out of the blue my account was closed and sold emerge master card. This particular company has a problem with getting statements out on time and charging $35 late fees on top of that.It is impossible to talk to anyone on the or by electronic mail.

Finally just the other day someone from the company called me wondering why my payment was late, and I informed him of the problems I'm having with my statement and he tells me that a statement is courtesy and that they do not have to send me anything.

I feel that this company is ripping off hard working citizens by charging these fees and not keeping up with they're business.Something needs to be done about this. Consumers such as myself, that value their credit rating are pretty much stuck with these crooks until the account is paid in full.
