EMPS Express Merchant Processing Services Fraudulent Business Hagerstown, Maryland

EMPS is a fraudulent company that charges you bogus charges. When I found their ad online it claimed it was very inexpensive, it wasnt until I got involved with this company that there were excessive hidden charges. I have not received any credit card processing equipment from them and they have charged me $70.93 every month since July 2011. I finally filed fraudulent charges against the company with my bank, therefore putting a fraud claim on my bank account and this company tries to continue to withdraw money from my bank account. The do take it out but it is re-deposited back into my bank account the following day. I had called EMPS and they told me it would cost me over $400 for them to stop charging me money each month. I have spent out over $600 to this company and I refuse to pay another dime and I have been in the process of filing suit against this company to refrain from taking money from my account any further and to recoup any losses I have suffered since July 2011.

I would advise no one to get involved with this company because they are a rip-off company....
