Essentials Ripping off older people Des Plaines Illinois

My father signed up in the early 2000's from somewhere (they said an ifomercial) but he doesn't have a TV, use the internet, nor can he hear. In all that time, even the company admitted he received no goods from them. So they have been billing him ALL this time, every month, for years for something he never received!

To make a long story short, I called them and blessed them out for screwing my father (and many other senior adults) out of a lot of money, and demanded that they refund the whole amount, which to their credit, they did.

You have to play hardball with these people. It was actually fairly easy to get the money back (throw out names like the Better Business Bureau, the State Attorney General, etc) after I got a super on the line. But it does leave me with one lingering question, if this was so easy to get a refund, how many more people are they stealing money from? That's the scary part!!
