After seeing their advertising on Instagram I decided to order their product which was three shaping undergarments. Once I received the order I soon realized that they weren’t what I ordered. The undergarments had plastic inserts that easily came out. I contacted Mirror Essentials customer service department and soon received a reply. There were approximately 8 correspondences through email and through different representatives telling me they would correct the problem and send me out three replacements. After requesting information about my order and sending them what information they needed. All correspondence ceased and no confirmation of my replacements sent. I have tried to contact them again but to no avail, now I’m stuck with three undergarments that are badly made and uncomfortable to wear.

To whom it may concern, I have no more patience or time to waste with your scam "Mirror Essentials”. Your representatives lied and said they will correct the problem but never did. Again a representative is telling me more lies saying they want to correct the problem. I will no longer do business with your scam of a company. It will eventually go under for horrendous customer service practices that are basically a huge SCAM. I stand behind my report of your false advertising. Enough said!!!
