First of all, they are very unprofessional. When they are trying to sell you on the service and what they can do, it is a whole different attitude. After they took my money, I had concerns about them not providing the service or the results that they guaranteed because I DID NOT get any results. Out of 2 million so-called emails, there is no way that I did not get a minimal of 2000 or even 200 clicks. I asked for tracking reports with proof of the emails sent out, open ratios, and click through website ratios. The reports they gave were false because I explained to them upfront that my website had tracking software. There report did not match our website tracking reports.
So when I stated I wanted my money back because there is no way they did what they said, and provided me with inaccurate reports, they went off. They slandered my product, which is not what they did when they first spoke to me. They thought my product and website was excellent. It was all a sales ploy.
After I paid them, I was given the information about them from another company that has also reported on this site. They were quick to say that they he was a competitor and it wasn't true. After my $1000 was long gone, I found out myself that it was true. Come to find out he made promises that are unrealistic in the industry for the price quoted. Not to mention, all other companies I have spoken to after this occurred has indicated that there is no way his lists are up to date and active if they are stating they can send out 2million email blasts. Most companies offer smaller quantity and better results.
So, it is obvious that the common practice is to upsell and then not deliver what they state. They give you reports that look good, but ARE NOT accurate. Not to mention, they can't even prove they sent out the email blasts. They don't return calls nor refund your money when you prove to them that they did not perform.
In the future if you want to avoid this happening, ask companies their refund policy, and if what they are promising they will put in writing. If they say no one in the industry does this, we're in the process of using a new company called Lead Me Media, and they are guaranteeing an open rate and click through rate in writing. We will keep you updated on the results.
SO DO NOT USE ESTRELA UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO LOSE. CAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN!

Even though the owner and I had disagreements, we did agree that the sales person was unprofessional, therefore, he refunded me my money. I was glad that the owner took it seriously and took the time to talk to me directly to resolve my issues. He did refund my money immediately after our phone conversation. All I can say for future reference when youre dealing with companies making you promises, either record the conversations or make them put it in writing because we sometimes blame owners of the companies when actually it is the employees trying to make a sale. This way you are protecting yourself. Due to the positive resolution, I have nothing negative to say about the owner and his business practices, for he was professional and assured me he would look further into it with his staff.

Please contact me back directly with your company name and/or full name so I can assist you. I don't know if this is a legitimate complaint or a fake one by one of our unscrupulous competitors. If it is a legitimate complaint, I will personally work with you to satisfy any concerns you have about our services and even refund your money if I see that we did not perform our services properly.
