Exactta Ripped off my money for no service Rome

It was my first time vising Italy ,April 23rd of 2017 ,i found Exactta kiosk at the airport and since i was planning to visit Hungary as well ,the sales lady convinced me that my best option for Sim cards was the 80 minutes phone calls+5 GB of data which costs 160 euros ,i purchased the sim and used it to make calls to the hotel and the driver which was less than 10 minutes .on the next day i tried to make some phone calls but unfortunately the sim did not work at all ,and i kept recieving texts that i dont have enough credit . I had to top up with another 29 euros ,only one day after buying the sim and not having the service they promised me . I emailed them the recipet of the purchase and i explained the whole situation but they keep ignoring my emails..
