This company uses another company to sell their international SIM cards at the Madrid airport. When I landed in Madrid, I needed a local SIM card, so I bought this SIM at the airport. When I inserted the SIM card into my phone, I was told that there was no balance left. I had just bought the card for $327.07!

I have been fighting with this company since then (for almost 2 months now). There are a number of complaints against their product, customer service, and refund policies:

I was told when purchasing the sim card (at the Madrid airport) that the rate for each MB was 9 cents. When I asked them to send me a itemized bill, the rate quoted was $20/mb - what a difference!

When a different sim card was placed in the phone, it worked perfectly (no freezing). Therefore, the problem was clearly caused by the Exactta sim.

I paid $327.07 when purchasing the card. The bill that they sent me had a balance of $203.68. Even with the fraudulent usage/charges, my SIM card still should not have been depleted of funds.

When I spoke with their customer services agents (who were sometimes nice and rude the other times), they gave me a multitude of reasons ranging from "it's been fixed" to "it's a bad card" to "there's nothing we can do".

This company's practices are highly suspect. They seem to be out there just to prey on unsuspecting customers. They don't respond to emails, almost never pick up the phone, and have very bad customer service agents.

Desired Resolution:?I paid $327.07 when I bought their product. I haven't used their product even once. I demand a full refund.
