We had Wildblue internet and they wanted customers to upgrade to a faster Excede internet. We did and this was 23 months ago. They came out put in Excede and used the Wildblue Dish. It would not work and they came out several times to adjust the dish. i have zero usage and they sent out a Tech again in May 2014. The tech could not fix it so he turned off the Dish. He said they would issue credit for not being able to get signal and send it to the next level to get another Tech to come out. That was in May. i started calling then after not hearing anything fot 3 months. They still were billing me too! 

 

I would call call and be put on hold. I showed the tech today I was on phone for 45 minutes to get him out there this time. I had used email and they would sent back saying ticket closed. Open another ticket and I did and they still did nothing and closed ticket. I still have no internet people! Don't get this internet! 

 

Today the tech came out and they charged me &170.00 for a new dish in a new spot. It was never going to work where they had put it. Why was I charged to get the dish I should have had to begin with? I have had zero usage for 90% of the 23 months. You can check the usage. They don't care you are in a contract and a Supervisor can't call you back from this company. They can't call out. I asked over and over for a Supervisor and they were busy and I asked on the phone and by email for a Supervisor to call. 

 

They are a rip off and they have the worse customer service I have ever seen. Stay away if you can.

 I have read on here about your all issues with Data usage. I can tell you for 23 months I have been using a Verizon Hotspot and so has my spouse at work. We have never went over 5 GB. In a few days I was over 5then 2 days later I had used 11 GB. No movies or music just using Goggle to do web searches like I have been doing on my Hot Spot. 

 

Here are is the kicker...when I told Excede this they sent me an email back saying that Verizon cell GB are different than Excede. So you are not getting the same GB. I have the email and forwarded it on to an IT person who was confused about thier comment. If ypu are selling and advertising the GB they should be the same. This is a misrepresent of a service! 

 

By by the way they still have not give me credit on anything. They said they would in May 2014 and September 4th when I got email from them they said it takes 3-7 days for credit From thier response to my first Rip Off post. May was how many months ago and September 4th was over 21 days ago!!!!!
