Explore talent solicited me by text and phone calls many many times and several different people. Carter finally got me to give in and told me not to worry because if I changed my mind about the membership FOR ANY REASON in 30 days I would be FULLY refunded. I started reading online how many people have been scammed by them and started calling Carters extension. I was put off by the operator and told he was extremely busy for the rest of the day. I left a call back message and received non. I called back and asked for customer service they did not answer at all either. SO I called my credit card company and disputed thecharges due to fraud. These guys are good. I am a hard sell but they keepon till you give in .

There is much controversy over payment plans for Explore Talent, and you can not call someone who has a problem with it a competitor. If you did that, then you would have thousands of compeitors out there "making fake claims." Explore Talent is a scam and if your site is #1 in America, then why do you have to worry about compeitors anyway? Why does the site "pay" their employees to make rebuttals to people's rip-off reports? Maybe you should think about that.

Customer Never Filed This Complaint - Obviously A Competitor

AUTHOR: D. George - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 30, 2008

Spoke with the client and she stated that she never filed this complaint and that she didn't remember ever signing up on RipOffReport.com and that she signed up over the phone with Carter Monroe and paid $69.90 for the 3 month plan.

I then walked her to the complaint on RipOffReport and asked her to remove it. She said that since she didn't remember ever filing the complaint and that she couldn't log in. She said she doesn't even spell her name that way. Her name is spelled Kristy not Kristie.

She's sending an email stating that she didn't file that complaint.

Also, she stated that she was out of town when that complaint was filed.

By the end of the call she was very nice & happy that I was helping her & apologized for the confusion.

I'm pretty sure it was the right person so that was the best resolution that I could come to with her. Seems like someone is maybe viewing profiles and making phony complaints.

This is the email from the client:

This is to confirm that I did not file a complaint on ripoffreport.com.

Thx!
Kristy
