Explore Talent Promised acting gigs; no follow-through; unable to contact Las Vegas Nevada

We received a call from Explore Talent stating they had 2 gigs for my teenage daughter that were just waiting for our agreement. They asked how soon we would be able to return the contracts they were emailing to us. Since we were travelling, it took a few hours to be able to access our email.

Ten days later, there are still no contracts. Several calls to the person we talked to and the extension she gave us has only resulted in "stonewalling" by those who answer the phone. I suspect there is no person by the name that was given to us.

Because of the promised gigs, we paid almost $200 for their service. Obviously now, it is their lack of service.

The two teenagers in the car with me understood the same as I did. I checked with them to make sure that I had not misunderstood what was promised.
