Express Scripts This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will try to get yiu to switch to a med they like better ( because itbis cheaper) by lying to you that your doctor has authorized the chang Internet

On more than one occasion I have had a rep of this co LIE to me that my doctor authorized a switch of the drug prescribed to another drug. Do not use this co for your  prescriptions if you have any alternative. 
Sometimes you will speak to someone helpful but 99 percent of the time you will speak with someone who seems determined to not provide the benefit for which you and your employer have paid. My guess is that Express Scripts uses these tactics in the hopes that people will just give up.
