I would have filed a report months ago against EZinkjets.com but I was not aware of this valuable site.
On 23 August 2006 I placed an order with EZinkjets.com. I waited ten days (the site instructs its customers to wait ten days before filing an inquiry) and emailed the "company" on 1 September 2006 about my order. I quickly received this response:

"Dear Customer,

Please read this message carefully. This is an automated acknowledgement response email.

We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a Customer Care Representative. Our standard response time for online inquiries is 24 - 48 hours and up to 72 hours during periods of high volume. For your convenience, we encourage you to visit our newly revised Customer Care Center. There you will find answers to common questions including easy to follow forms for such things as purchase orders, exchanges, refunds and replacements.

To help track your inquiry we have generated a reference number. Your ticket code is LTK6308469772X.

Please use this code in any further communication.

I received not a single word from the "company" and on 6 September 2006 sent another email.

"Dear Customer,

Every time I called their toll-free customer service number I received an automated response instructing me to call back later. I'm disgusted that this "company" is still online. EZinkjets.com is the epitome of a rip-off operation.
