EZinkjets.com RIPOFF! Selling defective merchandise! Won't refund as promised, won['t wanswer phone calls or emails Chatsworth, California Internet

I purchased 4 computer inkjet cartridges from this company in March of 2007, for a total of $43.77. Merchandise arrived and is expired. Inkjets will not work. I returned to the company, using USPS Priority with signature confirmation. The package was delivered and signed for on April 13,2007. It is now, June 5, 2007 and still no refund! I have emailed this company many many times and no response. There are several phone numbers listed, but none of them work.
I checked with the BBB, (something I SHOULD have done PRIOR to purchasing from this company) and have found the company has an F rating with 902 unanswered complaints!
I will seek a refund through my CC company.
