Company received payment on the same day as ordered, but it has taken an entire month to receive faulty and missing items, when website clearly states that orders are shipped within 2 days!

Website also states 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Liars!

The invoice sent with our incomplete order says the magenta cartridge was included and in stock. It was not included. Expired ink cartridges, leaky ink cartridges & inferior quality.

Company has no legitimate contact information.
To date, this rip off company has 415 complaints against it with the BBB. When I told the very rude employee, who only answered the 'Place Order'selection option on their phone number, that I had made a formal complaint against them, she said that it didn't matter because they were not members of the BBB, and told me that the BBB could not 'touch them'!!!

Refuses refund and makes it very difficult for consumer to receive a refund or a response to legitemate complaints.

Do not order fom this greedy, unscrupulous company!
