Fandango - Reservations Reward Ripoff $12 per month from my bank account Internet

We have issued a refund of your Membership fee. This refund will appear as a credit to your account within the next 3-5 business days.
For the past few months i kept seeing a $12 charge for Reservation Rewards on as a bank debit. Finally this month i noticed an 800 number which i called and lo and behold i got "Reservation Rewards"..A operator came on the line and i asked her what this charge was for. She said i had registered for Reservation Rewards thru Fandango..I said NO WAY..when i have purchased on line tickets in the past a big loud pop up appears and i always click it closed to stop the loudness..i have never filled out anything online for this...well she immediately agreed to close the account and credit me the four months charges,,,she then put a "Supervisor on the phone to explain and he said that in order for them to charge me i had to fill out a request..i assured him i had not and he immediately offered to refund it as well...bottom line if i had not discovered this recurring monthly charge they would have continued to rip me off. I am sure there are thousands of other fandango customers being ripped of as well..please lets stop them. I have attached the email they sent me confirming the cancellation
