FCCS ripoff MidYonge Toronto Canada

This crediter company took over out credit card, so we could get lower intest and pay the card off sooner. We have made payments for a year, with no trouble, all payments made on time.

We make out payment to FCCS LTD, and they send the payment to Direct Merchants Bank, Which is the credit card we have thru.

Now Direct Merchants Bank has been making numerous collection calls to us, saying they did not receive a payment for December. We keep contacting FCCS and they keep saying that that payment was sent and they would call Direct Merchants Bank to straighten it all out.
Only they are not making that call, Direct Merchants Bank, said they haven't received any calls from them. Now they are putting us further behind and Direct Merchants Bank is now adding more interest every month.

Now we can't get thru to the number for FCCS LTD It keeps hanging up.
